The certification concerns “Dental practice activities and other services related to human health”.

According to the Quality Policy, MySmile Cabinet Dentaire has set forth effective procedures for assuring and enhancing the quality of the services we provide for our patients. We are committed to supporting our patients towards achieving and maintaining good oral health.

• Has in place a process to record complaints about services and offers solution to valid claims
• Ensures compliance of services with all current legislative and regulatory requirements.
