Missed Appointments
For systematically missed appointments, a fee of CHF 100.– is applied, in accordance with la Société suisse des médecins-dentistes (SSO) and the Price Surveillance Commission. This amount is generally not covered by insurance or aid agencies. The patient or their legal representative remains solely responsible for payment.
Access to Medical Records
The patient or their legal representative may request access to their medical records at any time, without needing to provide a reason.
Requests must be made in writing or by email to info@mysmile.swiss, including the patient’s full name, date of birth (and, if applicable, that of the legal representative).
Access to the records is free of charge.
However, if the request concerns a complete report or treatment plan and involves substantial work to prepare and send, a fee of up to CHF 300.– may be charged.
